Role Summary

Visiontech Digital Care LLP is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and innovative UI/UX + Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and excellent graphic design skills to create visually appealing, engaging digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, enhancing user experiences, and creating impactful branding and marketing creatives for web, mobile, eCommerce, and digital marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly UI for websites, mobile applications, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Design logos, social media posts, banners, ad creatives, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop branding assets and maintain consistency across all digital and print designs.
  • Collaborate with developers, and Team Lead to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Improve user experience through research, usability testing, and client feedback.
  • Maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
  • Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across different devices.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, graphic design techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Present design concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback to achieve project objectives.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or a similar role. Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Figma (mandatory), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, layout, branding, and responsive design.
  • Experience designing websites, mobile applications, social media creatives, marketing materials, and branding assets.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both UI/UX and Graphic Design projects is required.
